    - Accountable for coordination of the introduction of new or changes to existing , service activities into the computing environment. Responsible for resolution of escalations on project related issues

    - Accountable for coordinating the development of and maintaining the CoE and related services roadmaps.

    - Plays a key role in influencing and aligning stakeholders to leverage standardized services, use of best practices, and in the most appropriate use of available technologies to address business requirements.

    - Accountable to assure alignment in Service Level Agreements and Operating Level Agreements between the business, IT, and the Suppliers.

    - Assure the planned use of a technology to address business requirements is appropriate and sustainable or recommend alternatives.

    Paris 2008 - 2011 - Leading the execution of IT audits in the various lines of business and functions within Shell
    - Developing the IT audit programme applicable to the agreed scope of a particular audit.
    - Contributing IT audit expertise to the development of the audit programme with respect to IT risk matters relevant to the scope of business, IT and financial audits,
    - Lead a team of business, finance and IT auditors to execute the agreed audit work programme,
    - Performing and assisting other team members to perform IT audit procedures, identifying and defining issues which constitute controls weaknesses,
