    ASSESSMENT CENTRE ACTIVITIES

    Active team player in the development of the “Conciliat Competency Model” and its indicators

    Drive Competency Based interviews (CBI) (junior/senior profiles) and provide feedback to candidates about their results (oral and written)

    Testing of different psychometrical tools (e.g. Personality, Cognitive, Motivation tests)

    4 months mission > 30% Off-Site Recruitment Specialist at Trafigura (www.trafigura.com)

    Job definition together with the HR Manager and responsible for the sourcing process

    Dealing with recruitment agencies, conducting first round interviews and presenting shortlisted
    candidates to the HR Manager

    2007 - 2007 RECRUITMENT / LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES

    In collaboration with the Recruitment Manager, I was involved in the development and the testing of the WTO “e-recruitment” system in order to improve the current process

    With the agreement of the recruitment committee, I participated to selection interviews as an observer and screened more than 2000 CVs for internship applications

    In collaboration with the L&D Manager, I actively participated in the development of the “Competency Framework” and following-up specific activities of the learning program
