    - Committee Member of Gala Benefit 2012. Lead silent auction effort and manage donations for fundraiser gala (Results 2011: $72,000 – 2012: $60,000) and a benefit brunch to support a teacher in need at the Dakota Jazz Club (Results: $8,500). Event coordinator of three successful Open Houses in 2011/2012 with 100 to 150 attendees.
    - Supervise office staff (5 to 7 people), assist Executive Director, coordinate needs between staff, ED and Board Members to achieve strategic goals, maintain office organization (finance, operations and procedures).
    - Manage recruitment, training and development of marketing interns (3 to 5) to facilitate effective team integration.
    - Organize social and cultural events/conferences to drive French cultural awareness and increase membership.
    - Lead a Young Professionals Group Event with headhunter guests’ speakers.
