Management of a project team of 6 persons including people from Operations, Purchasing and Sales. Weekly reporting to Unit Managing Director and Product Line.
In progress: OWC already reduced by 2 M Euro in 6 months (33%).
- Material consumption control
Implementation of a process for tracking deviations between standard and actual material consumption in order to improve the product profitability control.
In progress: control tool already developed.
- Budget control
Implementation of a process for the controlling of costs compared to budget.
In progress: Monthly reviews with involved cost centers’ managers to be started from March 2011.
- Yearly inventory and rolling inventory process
Management of the yearly inventory with a team of 40 persons and implementation of a rolling inventory process together with supply chain team.
Target reached: less than 2% of inventory discrepancies.
Alstom Grid (Ex Areva T&D)
- Cost Controller
2008 - 2009- Monthly closing activities
Development of a monthly closing and reporting process.
Target reached: reduction of closing process from 5 to 3 working days.
- Cash Manager
Development and implementation of a cash collection process, with particular focus on overdue invoices.
Target reached: process still in use and overdue rate dropped from 30% to 7% in 6 months.
- Project Leader - Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Project outside Finance Department.
Implementation of a process in order to allocate and optimize the unit’s production resources to the work load on the long run.
Target reached: process delivered in 3 months to the Management Team. Still used to take strategic decisions.

- Financial Audit Analyst
Paris La Défense 2005 - 2007- Junior auditor.
Interventions with major customers in various sectors (Publicis, Dassault, Plastic Omnium, JC Decaux…).
- Control of customers’ accounting.
Particular focus on basic audit cycles (personal, bank, fixed assets…).
- Control of customers’ legal inventory.
Check on procedure compliance and sample controls.
- Team Management.
In charge of the management of trainees and junior assistants.
