10 years experience in Business, already, and still a great appetite for entrepreneurial challenges!

My story started when, freshly graduated in HR management, I started to work on a direction role in mass distribution. This world is truly a great and strong school to start! After almost 3 years in this fast-moving and challenging environment, I chose entrepreneurship, creating my first company in HR consultancy, and then my second one as Artists Manager. In 2011, I decided to follow my way in talents management with an international dimension, moving to Geneva and coming back into recruitment. It is by joining Ampersand World that I finally combined my expertise in talents management and HR with my entrepreneurial mindset and my passion for writing.

Ampersand World's DNA consists in combining recruitment with marketing, organizing events to gather the trading community together, and gaining a great recognition in our business. Ampersand World is the kind of company who has a true personality, mixing expertise from professionals with relationship and human contacts. Definitely, it was THE place to be for an entrepreneur like me with a background in HR!

As Executive Manager, I am acting in a great variety of domains, supporting the CEO in the daily management (HR, IT, processes, etc.), shelling new ideas to the core and transforming them into projects, managing the development of Ampersand World’s second pillar, the training and coaching businesses. My daily life is consisting in negotiating and creating terms contracts, writing a lot of things as part of the editorial team (check out our newsletters by the way!), analyzing even more things all the time… and proposing solutions, of course.
