• AMPHENOL SOCAPEX FRANCE - Supplier Quality Logistic Manager

  2011 - maintenant Supplier Quality and Logistic Manager. Me and my team are in charge to qualify the new suppliers, perform the audit, implement purchase contract. Our supplier panel located in Europe, China, India and North America represent a 12 millions euros purchase. I work closely with the sourcing, engineering and procurement departments to bring the suppliers performance to the expected level of the company.

• AMPHENOL AEROSPACE - COM AIR DIVISION - Material Manager

  2008 - 2011 At the head of the material department, my team and I are in charge to provide a world class delivery performance to our customers and meet the company Business plan (Inventory level and Material cost control). I deal with our internal manufacturing operation, our assembly facility in Mexico and our suppliers mainly located in USA and Asia to support a $45 millions revenue. In order to improve the competitivity of our division, I lead the sourcing effort with our Asian suppliers.

• AMPHENOL SOCAPEX - Logistic supplier Manager

  2004 - 2008 Within the supply chain department, I was in charge to track and improve the performance of our major suppliers. In close cooperation with the quality and purchasing departments, I negotiated and implemented contracts with our suppliers in Europe, China and USA.
  I have also been in charge to implement our supply chain processes into our low cost plants in India and China. I developed my project management skills by successfully coordinate activities from several departments. The efforts of our team improved significantly our supplier delivery performance and lead time reduction.

• AMPHENOL SOCAPEX - Workshop Material Manager

  2002 - 2004 Workshop material manager for the machining, molding and plating activities. Responsible of the components inventory level and delivery performance, I led the planning activity in order to work out a realistic production plan able to support the assembly lines needs. I also have been the leader to coordinate our manufacturing lead time reduction efforts. Through this position, I developed my organizational skills to handle a range of different concurrent tasks

• AMPHENOL SOCAPEX - Logistics leader - Industrial Division

  1999 - 2002 I was in charge of the on-time delivery of the finish connectors with respect of quality and inventory control. As the main interface between the production and the customer service, I developed the capacity to work swiftly and accurately under pressure to achieve the targeted goal.
