    o Assigned as the developer one of the two java developers. We enabled the java application to run concurrently to pull off the performance-improving feat by using the multi-threading function.

    o The DMA (Debt Management Application) was an existing backend application that runs on a UNIX box on a certain time which is triggered by CRON jobs. It purpose is mainly in the collections of debt of consumers and determining the amount to be paid to the merchants for their service.
    o Was assigned as the developer to enhance the java application by creating new functions for the computation of the APR (annual percentage rate).
    o Was involved in modifying Perl and UNIX scripts for testing purposes.
    o Took part in the requirements gathering, prototyping, analysis and design, development/coding, testing, build, deployment, and documentation of project artifacts.
    o Unit Testing was also done via excel sheet. QA peers create the test cases based on the requirements.

    Project: Check System Upgrade
    o The “Check System” is an existing system that records, verifies and prints the company’s debit and credit.
    o Converted the existing system (FoxPro DOS) to Visual FoxPro 6.0. And also altered table structures in the database for better enhancement of retrieval and reduced redundancy.
    o Upgraded the application system from a single user to multi-user application and enhanced the reports for improved outputs.
    o Reallocated the application to a server instead of having it installed in the local workstation.
