En résumé

After a scientific post-doctorate at the Pasteur Institute (France), I was highly motivated to perform applied research within the health industry. I joined Theradiag where I had the chance to experience various professional opportunities that have boosted my carrier.
Within 14 years’ time, I explored several key positions such as R&D Project Leader, Marketing Director, VP Business Development and today General Manager of the molecular biology platform Prestizia (Affiliate of Theradiag) dedicated to microRNA biomarkers.
I am a hard worker, resourceful, creative and anxious to work close to my team. I feel particularly comfortable at implementing innovative project (IVD product development) and enjoy new challenges at the executive level. One of my favorite activity is the project assessment and coordination of the work forces with respect to financial means and regulatory rules. I appreciate specifically working in relationship with key opinion leaders for the implementation of personalized medicine. I am determined and quick in decision making, always concerned to identify the best solutions.

  • Prestizia (filiale à 100% de Theradiag) - DG Prestizia

    2013 - maintenant La plateforme de biotechnologie Prestizia (filiale à 100% de la société Theradiag) est localisée à Cap Alpha à Montpellier. Depuis son acquisition par Theradiag en 2012, elle est dédiée au développement appliqué de tests moléculaires innovants basés sur des signatures microARN circulants, nouveaux marqueurs de diagnostic et prédictifs de choix pour l’étude de diverses pathologies. La société est également spécialisée dans l’industrialisation de tests IVD et innove par ses tests théranostics dans les maladies inflammatoires chroniques et les cancers.
    Les principales réalisations depuis 2013:
    - Selection au programme Eureka Eurostars (2017) pour le développement d'un test composite dans le cancer du rectum en partenariat avec la société sud-corénnes CBSBioscience et l'Asan Medical Center (Séoul).
    - Contractualisation avec nombreux partenaires académiques d'excellence (IGR, Unicancer, CHU Bordeaux, CHU Montpellier, Mc Gill, Roswell Park, Uppsala, Royal Marsden...)
    - Lauréat au concours Mondial de l'Innovation (2014) pour le développement d'un test IVD basé sur une signature microARN dans le cancer du rectum.
    - Mise en place de deux laboratoires et d'une équipe opérationnelle (R&D en 2013 et industrialisation en 2014)
    - 3 brevets

    2011 - maintenant My experience in Business Development has been considerably versatile with numerous collaborations and contracts set up within different fields (oncology, genetics, autoimmunity) and specifically focused on market niches.
    The function requires curiosity, new ways of thinking and rigorous work in partnership implementations. I was able to combine these essential skills to bring to success important deals and generate significant revenues (Creation of a molecular biology portfolio).

    - Market studies & Product launches (Work plans and budgets, educational training with tailored presentations, corporate communication, media development)
    - Organization of scientific and marketing events (workshops, distributor meetings, company exhibitions)
