    2014 - maintenant Key achievements:
     Driving of a team of chemists internally & externally to deliver complex and innovative synthetic routes leading to the nomination of 3 development compounds for psoriasis treatment.

     Contribution into the overall group synthesis strategy, training and yearly objective setting with a net result > 60% increase in key performance indicators (KPI) and participation in a Lean Six Sigma green belt project to drive project delivery.

     Launch & development of a new flow chemistry platform to support high-throughput drug delivery (acne/ skin cancer) and biomaterials synthesis (skin wrinkle filler).

     Involvement in 4 publications and external presentations surrounding breakthrough synthetic routes or methodologies for prescription (Rx) or aesthetic & corrective (A&C) programs.

     HSE chemistry manager of Research Chemistry (~30 scientists), execution of behavior based safety (BBS) process and realization of the laboratory refurbishment for improved laboratory productivity & ergonomics (100k€ budget).

    Courbevoie 2012 - maintenant Key achievements:
     Co-led the synthesis internally & externally and management of fee for service (FFS) requests to deliver three development candidates (rosacea) and one lead series for skin cancer (CTCL) treatment.

     Member of internal chemistry medchem/devchem problem-solving group and the innovation group in the A&C field (patents pending on hydrogel chemistry).

     Application of lean methodologies to synthesis by generation of right first-time conditions database on key transformations and strategic laboratory layout.

     Monthly training sessions given to internal chemists on retrosynthesis, route selection and structural analysis.
  • Laboratoire de Synthèse Totale et Réactivité Organique, Aix-Marseille III, France - Postdoctoral associate in total synthesis

    2010 - 2012 Postdoctoral position in total synthesis of natural products and analogs of callystatin A under the direction of Pr. J-M. Pons & Dr. C. Bressy
    Key achievements:
     Three fragments (4, 15 and 13 steps) convergent synthesis enabled by enzymatic enantioselective desymmetrization of meso diols, diastereoselective crotylstannylation, transition metal catalyzed reactions (Pd, Rh) and cross coupling metathesis.

     Self-managed a multidisciplinary project and animated/participated to weekly scientific seminars.
  • Université Claude Bernard Lyon I / Laboratoire de Chimie Organique II - Ph. D. in total synthesis of Bistramide A

    2007 - 2010 PhD fellowship granted by the French Ministry of Research in synthesis of natural spiroketal compounds;
    Key achievements:
     Development and optimization of a new enol ether formation based on Julia-Kocienski olefination of a lactone. Application to spiroketal synthesis (Spiket, Bistramide A, Attenol A).
     Regular scientific communications and mentoring of students (3MSc + 1Ph.D).
     Independent project on Attenol A total synthesis.
