    Entered a company undergoing rapid expansion due to the set-up of two manufacturing plants in Switzerland. Shortened hiring cycle to meet the demands of accelerated growth (recruitment and integration of 130+ employees in less than 2 years - all profiles from CFO to manufacturing).

    Contributed to overall company strategy and policy making by advising the senior management team on the human resource implications of its decisions.

    Built HR department brought company up to HR standards and compliance (ISO and FDA certification).

    Redesigned and implemented a competency-based performance management system. Developed a pay-for-performance compensation plan based on competitive market practice that more closely aligns corporate objectives and individual contribution.
