Developed strategic sourcing plan for the P&G account; developed game plan to synergize the managed service contracts and HP C&I organization and managing the sub vendors contracts for the P&G account.

    2002 - 2003 Responsible of developing sourcing strategy to provide most competitive sourcing options to execute IT projects; led the due diligence team to define the scope of IT commodity work to be outsourced to third party vendors and managing vendors relationship for the EMEA region.
  • Procter & Gamble EMEA - IT eCRM Contact Center Manager

    2000 - 2002 Responsible of implementing the Customer Relationship Management Call center in Glasgow for the indirect customers; managing the $2.5 millions project budget.
  • Procter & Gamble EMEA - IT HR system manager

    1996 - 2000 Responsible of rolling out the SAP R/3 HR / Payroll module for all P&G Europe and Middle East subsidiaries.

  • Procter & Gamble Saudi Arabia - IT Group manager

    1992 - 1996 An international assignment; The mission was to implement the MRPII best practice in the three plants situated in Saudia.Arabia using the ERP system BPCS (AS/400); built the application team in Saudi Arabia IT department and acted as IT leader for two manufacturing facilities.

    Asnières-sur-Seine 1989 - 1992 Provided on going support of France Order To Cash systems
    • Redesigned the Order To Cash work flow; designed and developed a new on line Shipping and Invoicing systems for P&G France using technologies: COBOL, PL/1, DB2, MVS and Minitel. Result: The shipping and invoicing systems were operational since 1992
