    -Budget management of the internet activies (equal to 25% of Decathlon Italia`s budget aimed to communication)

    -Management and monthly analysis of the economic income of the store according to the following KPIs: EBIT, income implementation, income/mtl, cost/turnover, production per hour implementation (turnover/work hours), amount of items sold/work hours, decrease of stock turn.
    - Regular provision of one to one meeting of monthly economic analysis, for the management, coaching, training and professional-managerial growing of the employee
    - Relationship management with local autority for spreading the sport culture and improving environment respect during everyday life (i.e. Sport lesson during school hours, sport days with Torvergata University, etc.)
    - Provision of training courses about: Recruiting, Individual and Team Management, realize a business plan for own department, Selling Methods, Management and Analysis of economic department activity
    -Management of a team comprising of 180 part-time employees, 20 department managers, 2 assistant directors.
    -Regular Recruitment of new Department Manager for the company (with telephone interview, group and individual interviews), talent analysis of the candidates, provision of recruitment coaching for Department Manager
