  * Reporting into the EMEA RPO Operations Director
  * Building up and heading the EMEA Talent Sourcing operations
  * Selecting, hiring, on-boarding and continuously training the team (phone and web sourcing, advanced Boolean Logic and Semantic Search, training on Avature CRM etc.)
  * Responsible for the Talent Sourcing process and delivery (delivery, feedback and communication process design, reporting, SLA/KPI management, forecasting/budgeting)
  * P&L responsibility for the EMEA Sourcing Operations
  * Key point of contact for the EMEA RPO Operational Management for all running projects and programs
