    Interface between clients (major Oil and Gas companies), candidates wishing to work abroad and IOTA affiliates or local partners

    Duties:

    MANAGEMENT OF HR MATTERS:
    − Analysis of the client need in terms of manpower and country specificity in relation with an expatriation statute
    − Sourcing, selection and recruitment of candidates using IOTA database, dedicated websites and social networks
    − negotiation terms and conditions of expatriation with the candidate (compensation & benefits)
    − responsible for drafting the employment contract
    − organisation and follow up of the mobilisation of the consultant and during his/her assignment (in coordination with the Logistics Dept and IOTA affiliates or partners)
    − main point of contact for the consultant regarding contractual or operational matters while employed by IOTA
    − anticipating and finding new opportunities for the consultant at the end of his/her assignment
    − ensuring the employee data are accurate and updated in IOTA IT system

    CONTRACT & COMMERCIAL DEV:
    − in charge of a client portfolio and the management of requests of manpower from the client
    − commercial negotiation with the client (terms and conditions of the assignment)
    − follow up of the billing and payment from the client

    ➢ Recruitment: responsible for the sourcing, selection and interview of candidates, deciding on packages /salary
    ➢ Performance management / annual reviews of consultants (definition of objectives, training, salary)
    ➢ Ensure the integration of consultants, follow up of the projects with the client and the consultant, carrying the exit interviews or transfers to any other Altran entities
