En résumé

J'ai commencé ma carrière professionnelle en 2004 au sein du cabinet d'expertise comptable et de commissariat aux comptes CECC. J'y ai obtenu en parallèle le diplôme du DESCF en 2005.

Suite à cela, j'ai souhaité donnr une tournure internationale à ma carrière. J'ai été embauché en 2006, au sein de la Société Générale UK à Londres afin d'y être Financial Controller pour la ligne métier Cash Management Corporate.
En 2009, je suis devenu Accounting Policies and Methodology Specialist au Luxembourg pour la banque ING et j'ai acquis le titre de senior en Janvier 2011.
Malgré tout l'intérêt de dernier poste, j'ai souhaité quitter le Luxembourg pour la Suisse pour des raisons personnelles. Après une expérience de 2ans en tant qu'Internal et Financial Controller pour le Crédit Agricole Financements à Genève, j ai saisi une opportunité en octobre 2015, au sein d Indosuez Wealth Management, en tant que COO de leur classe d actif Private Equity.

    2013 - 2015 Missions:
    * Create, maintain and refresh the Risk & Control Assessments and Internal Control Monitoring Plans for the Accounting and Finance,
    * Deliver high quality documentation and communications on risk analysis, process and methodology for both internal and external use,
    * Support the business in carrying out the control monitoring activities and provide expert judgement on the effectiveness of the control environment,
    * Help educate departments across the business on internal controls and best practices,
    * Analysing and quantifying the impact of the evolution of the accounting or regulatory standards,

    2009 - 2013 - Basel III Reporting Specialist :
     Assist in the implementation of capital management and allocation of capital charges to business units,
     Liaise with IT related to requirements of Regulatory reporting,
     Support the analysis of regulatory capital requirements with reports and ad-hoc analysis for internal clients and management,
     Provide support in the Internal control system framework by ensuring dedicated documentation of the underlying Regulatory processes
    - Analysing and quantifying the impact of the evolution of the accounting standards, tax rules and management information methodology, in each Accounting Gaap and transposing in the internal process for the financial statement establishment (ex.: IFRS 9 & IAS 19).
    - Set up of accounting's methodology and tax overview to the sale and operational 's department of the bank in these cases :
     New finance product launching,
     Financial flux with subsidiaries,
     Management information specific and sensitive subject study.
    - Ensuring that all the Accounting and Tax rules are correctly respect.
    - Set up of the permanent support to the Finance department by constant trainings about the new accounting and tax rules.

    PARIS 2006 - 2008 * Supervision of the financial aspects of the P&L:
    * Monitoring of the coherence of income and expenses trend during the year.
    * Ensuring that all provisions (revenue and expenses) are correctly set aside
    * Preparing detailed comments on activity reports: the monthly reporting to management -direct costs, indirect costs and NBI, variance analysis,
    * Preparing the budget for the following year / forecast process (income, expenses, weighted assets)
    * Set up of different indicator's tools and follow-up of these indicators on a monthly basis in order to give business development or orientation recommendations. This project includes:
    * NBI follow-up: origin of the income, impact of the treasury team work, better customers in term of NBI... ;
    * Customers' interests' conditions follow-up: control of the conditions, improvement in order to get a better income...
    * Client profitability computation and follow-up: feeding of the global profitability tool in Paris (setting of the file, and computation on a monthly basis)
    * Responsible for the CMI database feeding: take care of the proper input of figures in the database by the Middle Office; feed the outstanding balances as well as the CWA figures.
    * Quarterly Cooke weighted assets on current accounts computing and reporting.
    * Participation in all projects which may impact the financial reporting requirements of the DFO function.
    * Set up the specifications for all the reports which will be needed after the Cash Europe migration.
