As part of the Group Corporate controlling team, I am in charge of the analysis of several brands and APAC region. My role consists in challenging their performance and objectives to ensure alignment to Group strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop close relationship with brand/region management to understand business drivers through regular meetings
- Measure performance / deviations to plans and formulate expectations on revised forecasts as part of the monthly KPIs
- Challenge financial planning objectives in context of quarterly Forecasts and yearly Budget
- Ensure optimal resource allocation (working capital, CAPEX investments)
- Ensure business initiatives are aligned to Group rules (IFRS)
- Provide analytical support on major business decisions (structural organisation, market integration / acquisition) and highlight risks & returns to the Group
- Ensure reliability of reporting data and maintain up-to-date KPI and cockpit reports
