Naturex AG with the help of the accounting team
- Run the financial accounting and maintain the books of
Naturex GmbH with the help of the accounting team
- Supervise the Human recourses
- Monthly management reporting package for Natruex AG and
Naturex GmbH
- Annual and semi-annual closing of both Naturex
- Annual audit and semi-annual limited review for both Naturex
- Annual statutory accounts of both Naturex
- Produce VAT and corporation tax returns for both Naturex
- Handle the local legal and administrative issues for both
Naturex with the help of advisers and Group legal resources

- Participation à l'établissement des comptes consolidés en normes IFRS
- Participation à l'établissement de la communication financière du groupe au travers du DDR
- Contrôle du reporting mensuel de l’ensemble des filiales du groupe (21 filiales avec une présence géographique mondiale)
- Assistance ponctuelle aux filialles du groupe sur des questions diverses
- Participation à la rédaction des procédures comptables pour l'ensemble du Groupe
- Audit des filiales et l’apport d’un soutien technique sur place

Missions d’audit légal et contractuel diversifiées auprès de groupe internationaux:
- Mission de commissariat aux comptes sociaux et consolidés, audit de
reporting Groupe (IFRS principalement).
- Diagnostic et réorganisation des systèmes de contrôle interne dans le
cadre de la réglementation SOX.
- Encadrement d’équipe
