Responsible for the reorganization, the improvement and the management as:

 Develop and Implement procurement processes,
 Managed a team of 2 buyers and was a member of the Geneva committee,
 Reduction of the numbers of suppliers by implementing a complete benchmarking and a unique source per family with an achievable target of 30%,
 Transferred the process from PO to yearly contracts with local suppliers enabling a price reduction of 30% as from 09/08 and a 50% reduction in the numbers of PO during the last 2 years,
 Transferred the transport responsibility to major suppliers with a profit of $ 300K$ in 2008.

 Managed internal production reduction costs through an international benchmarking with outsourcing proposals to the production board committee, achieving a yearly profit of >45% (mainly in EAME, Asia & NAFTA);
 Increase in « low cost » countries contracts, main future sales market customers,
 Negotiated multi-year contracts with a productivity plan within a range of 2 to 6% per year, keeping the competitiveness of the suppliers, reaching the market price change, guaranteeing the direct offset obligations of the sales contract signed or the pre-offset of the contract under negotiation,
 Managed industrialization until stabilization of production is maintained, with a steering of a multidisciplinary team of experts to guarantee the planning: hold in 80% without rescheduling.
