Future trend Research was founded by Beat Ammann in 1996.
He draws from his more than twenty five years of experience as a proprietary trader at various major Swiss Banks such UBS Zurich and BSI Lugano.
He was also employed at Montedison SPA for three years where he was responsible for exchange rate risk, in particular for the Enimont project.
Then in New York directed by J.J Murphy of the New York Institute of Finance.
After meeting Andrew E.Cardwell, he became particularly interested in the study of the Relative Strength Index (RSI), which is one of the primary indicators used for analyses at Future Trend.
