I am looking for a new challenge with an international company that gives me the opportunity to grow professionally, prove myself and contribute to its success story. As Swiss and US citizen, with my general HR background and my international Consulting experience, I could imagine to bridge the gap between business cultures for either an already established company or for one that intends to set up its headquarters in Switzerland. My vision is to develop a state of the art HR department with benchmark practices and to position the company that I work for as a prefered employer in the market.
I have experience in general HR management, Team management in a multinational environment, expat management and employee relations. Despite my strong customer focus I never loose sight of company goals and business results.
