My role is to drive Oracle’s next generation ERP applications strategy to gain # 1 market position in ERP Cloud in EMEA.
Prior to that, as a cloud solutions sales development leader, I was tasked with driving sales success for Oracle's Cloud applications (CX, HR, ERP) in the mid market across Western Europe.
My background is consulting, where I spent 10 years in managing transformation projects and leading international deployments of Oracle Applications in a variety of roles.

    Colombes 2015 - maintenant I am responsible for the Go-To-Market plan of the ERP product line (Finance and Procurement) in EMEA. My strategic objective is to gain # 1 market position in ERP Cloud in EMEA.

    Specific responsibilities include:
    - Design the different sales plays (target, segments, potential) for ERP Finance and Procurement
    - Define mid-term business plans for ERP Finance and Procurement
    - Act as the main point of contact for the Product Development and Corporate teams
    - Collect EMEA-specific requirements, and collaborate with the Product Strategy team to include those needs in the product plan
    - Responsible for new products launch plan
    - Own market research and competitive analysis for ERP Finance and Procurement
    - Win/Loss analysis to propose sales tactics, recommendations, and positioning
    - Drive the production of reference assets to support our Go-To-Market strategy
  • Oracle - Cloud Applications Sales Leader, Western Europe

    Colombes 2011 - maintenant The launch of the next generation Cloud Applications is key to Oracle. My role is to drive demand generation and sales success for Cloud Applications in the mid market across Western Europe.

    Specific responsibilities include:
    • Lead Cloud Applications sales success across all product families (CRM, HCM, ERP), across target industries
    • Define and evangelise the benefits and go-to-market approach for new SaaS product lines
    • Ensure enablement to internal sales teams and partners
    • Participate in pipeline generation, deal cycles, sales & customer support
  • Oracle - Directeur Midmarket, EMEA

    Colombes 2007 - 2011 I am leading the Oracle Accelerate program in Europe. Oracle Accelerate is Oracle's go-to-market strategy to drive applications sales in the small and medium business market. This programmatic approach aims to drive software sales through a program allowing Oracle's business partners in Europe, Middle East and Africa to create and market country and industry specific solutions for the mid-size companies.
    This program delivers, through Oracle partners, industry and country-specific solutions accross the following product lines (eBusiness Suite, JD Edwards, Siebel, Peoplesoft, Agile).

    Specific responsibilities include:
    - Business planning: identify market potentials and select appropriate partners
    - Partners on-boarding: recruit Oracle's partners within the program
    - Build and Review: assist partners in delivering high value solutions in creating marketing collaterals, effective sales presentations, references,...
    - Go to Market: planning and executing go-to-market activities (generation campaigns, press release,...)
    - Measure and Harvest: track and report wins and references to HQ

    80+ partners from 19 countries accross Europe joined this program.

    Colombes 2001 - 2007 My responsibilities are:
    1) Provide engagement delivery services.
    2) Identify needs, develop, influence and implement proposals.
    3) Lead and participate on large/complex ERP implementation projects.

    Specific responsibilities include:
    - Influencing Demand in generating bids to ensure they reflect realistic project delivery
    - Reviewing bids to ensure a thorough understanding of the client requirements·
    - Producing Project Plans that outline the Project/Program Management processes and include estimates, a quality plan, key deliverables, resources required, roles and responsibilities, risks, issues
    - Driving the implementation of the Project Plan
    - Providing leadership, motivation and direction for the Project Team - Directly managing the performance of the Consultants on the project.
    - Monitoring progress against the Project Plan and changes to the plan
    - Producing regular and accurate progress reports for the Client, the Project Team, the Project Sponsor and Management controlling resource utilisation and project expenditure
    - Managing Oracle's commercial project responsibilities as appropriate to specific project circumstances
    - Identifying and communicating to the Project Sponsor and Sales any opportunities for new business
    - Communicating with Resourcing current activity and availability

This involves the analysis and optimization of business processes and their integration, with the support of ERP systems.

    Colombes 1998 - 2000 As a functional consultant, with both business and technical skills, coupled with business awareness and industry experience, my role was to support Oracle customers and partners in their implementation of Oracle products and services to transform the way they do business and deliver real competitive advantage.
    This involved understanding the client’s operational and strategic objectives, defining business requirements with the client, designing and building the solution, specifying customisations, performing data conversion, testing the solution, training end users, driving the change management, and transitioning to the new system.
