Management/supervision of AR and Credit & Collection function Worldwide ( 35 people).
Definition of TS Credit & Collection procedure and strategy. Alignment to business requirements, implementation follow up, audit of Business Units to ensure compliance.
AR/Credit Management and Revenue recognition compliance with US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley and Honeywell Standard Operating Procedures. Participate in Management testing and Audit of processes. Monitoring of related Provision/ Bad debt accounts, analysis, explanation of results and variations.
Communicate cash flow issues to Finance leadership, perform cash receipts estimates and variance analysis. Participate in Annual Operating Planning forecasting, drive actions to reach set targets.
Lead process improvement efforts to streamline existing processes especially focusing on digitization; Establish robust process in Revenue Chain to ensure minimum defects endangering on time cash collection. Drives and supports Honeywell’s Finance Transformation Initiative for Finance.
Assure achievement of performance metrics (Operating Efficiency, Past Due Receivables, Cash Receipts, Disputes, DSO, Unapplied Cash).

TS SAP Financial Supply Chain Management : process gap analysis, definition of blueprint expectation at Honeywell Corporate level, TS team creation. Interface between IT implementation team and C2C function
Global functional re-organization; process gap analysis, cost/benefits analysis, process improvement expectations definition.
