1) Develop a CEEMEA (Central Eastern Europe Middle East and Africa) marketing and communications strategy and tactics. Communications including: advertising, public relations, events, product seeding, digital marketing and social media, co-op and in-store marketing.
2) Plan and validate the marketing communication strategy, brief it to the local marketing managers for their local planning, coordinate execution and report activities.
3) Provide the countries with appropriate tools for local advertising, promotions, co-op and in-store marketing, according to global and CEEMEA strategies and guidelines.
4) Develop close relationship with the Global marketing team to insure synergy and consistency of the brand values and marketing tools.
5) Act as the primary marketing contact for country organizations.
