At SunGard, I spend the majority of my time focusing on hiring solutions and sourcing strategies to provide the business with the best talent. I recruit for all types of functions (Information Technology as well as Sales, Pre-Sales, Consulting, Administrative, Finance and Support), for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa). I also play a role as a job search advisor, looking at improving the entire candidate and employee experience.

    2009 - maintenant I am part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team, am sitting in Geneva on my own and reporting to the EMEA team Manager in London. I am responsible for recruiting for multiple business units; such as Banking, Asset Management, Trading & Risk, Brokerage, within the EMEA region; main markets being Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Slovakia, Serbia, Dubai, Saudi and South Africa.     • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from the initial identification of the business need, job description and salary benchmark, through to: sourcing, screening, interviewing process, offer and closing
    • Design innovative sourcing strategies to attract and select the most appropriate candidates to ensure vacancies are filled with the right individuals and to reduce time and cost to hire
    • Build strong collaborative relationships with Stakeholders and HR Community: closely work with Centres of Excellence (Compensation, Talent and Development, Mobility…)
    • Work with HR Leaders to improve processes (mapping project with Visio)
    • Organise and hold on-site training for Hiring Managers around Interviewing Skills and Recruitment Best Practices
    • Take part into Global Projects in recruitment technology: Leader for following projects; creation of Social Media Strategy 2012 & 2013, revisiting Employee Referral Program, building up Competition Mapping, redesigning internal and external Career Websites, launching Internal Apply Experience
    • Deliver top class presentations to Team and Management for project proposal and implementation phases
    • Build partnership with external suppliers, negotiate contracts and review performance of staffing agencies.
