I am passionate about real estate with a leaning towards the hotel industry.

I am currently doing a MSc. in real estate at Cass Business School, London, where I am developing a technical expertise in property investment, with a focus on financial modelling.Having previously work in a Swiss family office, where I have accumulated 2 years of experience in property asset management, feasibility studies, market analysis, and contract negotiation.

My objective is to jump to the property investment industry (equity and debt) and to learn how to structure complex deals across UK, Europe or Africa. During this year, I will welcome the opportunity to improve my understanding of the market and join a private equity shop, an investment bank or an investment manager active in the real estate sector, for an internship.

    2014 - maintenant Currently supporting the fund managers with the asset management of their property portfolio, regularly providing them with financial models and analyses during my studies, thanks to my continued relationships with the Eurofin Group.

  • Bhutique Hotel Group - Business development & Partner

    2013 - maintenant Bhutique Hotel is a personal side-project, directly aligned with the concept of value-based investment, whose objective is to develop luxury eco-lodges and a hotel school in Bhutan, at the foot of the Himalayas, aimed at preserving its unique cultural heritage and environment.

    2012 - 2014 The Eurofin Group is a Swiss family office. Eurofin Hospitality, its affiliate, is a boutique consultancy firm, operating in the hotel, tourism and wellness sectors.

    I was part of the asset management team, where we managed a hotel, leisure and residential portfolio (value-added) on behalf of institutional investors and HNWI in Southern Europe, Africa and in the US.
