Jacques MAYEUX
Financial Manager , looking for a new opportunity
As Finance Director Supply Chain for Alstom Thermal Product Business, based in Baden, Switzerland, my main responsibilities are to manage the Finance Controlling in the Sourcing and Supply Chain Management area, and to contribute to optimise processes in close collaboration with the Business organisation.
With a 12-year experience in finance, mostly acquired in the automotive industry, in an international environment, I have been managing both operational and functional responsibilities from a stand-alone production unit of 200 employees to a worlwide organization.
Through those experiences, I have developped a wide range of financial competences: French GAAP & IFRS, relations with external audit, board member, relations with workers council representatives, industrial and R&D controlling, organization of controlling departments, and ERP implementations (SAP).
As a business partner, I have been supporting the management in driving the operations and optimizing the organization. I especially cooperate with Sales ( price management) and Industrial (capacity and productivity investments, new technologies, production transfers, new implantations) departments.
Evoluating in a worlwide company, I consider transparency as a must, and always provide local and corporate point of views.
Responsible for the management of a Finance team, I always try to develop autonomy, accountability, technical and management skills, exposure and succeed in promoting the best performers.
