    2011 - maintenant My main task is to train, motivate and coach decentralized team of Beauty consultants located in various countries in Europe.

    My goal is to contribute to the development of our sales girls to accompagny them to be the best ones of the Industry.

    What is my job exactly : Training of BC, promoters and generic sales staff

    Organisation of yearly trainings.

    Coaching our BC's on self development.

    Teaching sales Techniques on skin care, Make up and Perfume.

    Teach the basic and Technical knowledge on cosmetology and products.

    2007 - 2008 I was based in Geneva airport.

    I was in charge of selling all cosmetics products and perfumes.
    But being an ambassador of Clarins Group.

    I was expected to reach the target of the company i was represented and also to respect Merchandising and guidelines of the Group.

    I had to send reports and figures to my area Sales Manager.

    It was an interisting job because of the International environment.
  • Amondé - Consultant

    2006 - 2007 Amondé , France (30) specializing in the distribution of Biological and Ecological cosmetics.

    Advisor for the creation of this new small company. In charge of doing Market surveys ( Identify potential customers and their needs, finding distributors). Assistant for the establishment of the Business plan ( Prices, find financing…),Collaborator for the setting up of the Marketing Brief (such as promotions, launch of the products…) and entirely responsible for the technical part such as the choice of raw materials and the Cosmetics Legislation.
  • SEPPIC France - Trainee

    2001 - 2001 SEPPIC France ( 81) (600 employees worldwide)

    Subsidiary of Air Liquide, specializing in the manufacturing of raw materials for the chemical industry.

    I was a trainee for my University degree. Five months working to improve the efficiency of two in vitro test, needed to measure the water- resistance of cosmetics formulations.
  • Strand Cosmetics Europe - Project Leader for the R&D cosmetics Laboratory

    2001 - 2002 Strand Cosmetics Europe France (69) (100 employees), specializing in the manufacturing of cosmetics.

    I was a Project Leader for the R&D cosmetics laboratory of two geographical far away companies for the launch of a common product from the formulation to the pilot production. Travelling for business meetings ( raw materials and packaging suppliers ) and organizing oral and written presentations for my laboratory team and hierarchy.
