Web passionate, customer and results oriented, with more than six years of professional experiences, I appreciate working in contact with customers in a multi-cultural, international and dynamic environment.

I acquired a mix of competences between Business intelligence, Product Integration and Customer Service. My experience in customer service and pre-sales allowed me to develop excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus. Interact with people from different cultures, countries and time zones have given me an open mind and a great flexibility in my work. My current position shows my ability to take responsibility. I cultivate a spirit of initiative and a great creativity. I recently graduated from the Haute Ecole de Gestion in Geneva with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and with a specialization in marketing, web-marketing and e-business.
