  • SICPA - HSE Group Manager

    2011 - 2013 SICPA: leading global providers of security ink and solutions for banknotes, value documents and products, as well as providers of integrated secure track and trace systems - 3000 employees.
    - Lead the international HSE Network and audited the different countries: 20 HSE Professionals in the U.K., Switzerland, Brazil, Spain, Pakistan, Albania, Morocco, Australia, Georgia, and Indonesia.
    - Monitored the Group HSE legal and other compliance, and defined and enforced SICPA Group HSE requirements oriented towards “0” accident culture.
    - Improved the HSE culture of the group (forums; sharing of best HSE practices and feedback).
    Results:
    - Within 6 months, implemented and Integrated HSE within a Global “Integrated Management Systems” and obtained Group ISO 14001 - OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001 certifications.
  • Plastic omnium environnement - HSE Group Manager

    2010 - 2010 PLASTIC OMNIUM ENV.: provides local and regional authorities and company with solutions for reducing waste, enhancing the living environment and improving road safety - 17 plants - 2800 employees.
    - Lead International HSE Network (France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, U.K., Spain, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, etc.) and implemented the HSE Divisions’ KPIs and Roadmaps.
    - Managed all Group/Division contracts related to HSE activities (eg. machines conformity).
    - Launched and gave ergonomic and Man-Machine Interface (“Do Not Touch Directive”) trainings.
  • LISI AUTOMOTIVE - DIRECTEUR HSE

    GRANDVILLARS 2005 - 2009 LISI AUTOMOTIVE: expert in fasteners and mechanical assembly components for the automotive industry - 21 sites - 3000 employees.
    - Defined and lead with the LISI Executive Committee and LISI Risk Management Committee, the HSE Group and Division strategies and balanced scorecard.
    - Lead International HSE Network (20 HSE Professionals in France, Germany, Czech Republic, Spain, Canada, and China). “Reach” coordinator.
    - Defined and managed Group contracts related to HSE activities.
    - Created an intranet on Health/Safety/Environment, HSE forums.
    - Managed, actively with sites and Group management, all HSE activities linked to internal and external interested parties (e.g.: closing down sites, sales and acquisition of sites or environmental impact claims).
    Results:
    - 75% Reduction of the Frequency Rate (FR) calculated over 12 months period (last monthly FR: 3,53).
    - 50% Reduction of the Severity Rate (SR) calculated over 12 months period (last monthly SR: 0,10).
    - 60% of the sites certified ISO 14001. OHSAS 18001 Certification prepared.
  • LEAR CORPORATION - Responsable HSE

    Southfield 2004 - 2005 LEAR CORPORATION SEATING: production of Peugeot seats - 600 employees.
    - Managed and implemented new security guarding, cleaning and waste management contracts.
    Results:
    - FR: reduction of 30% (last monthly FR: 4,2); SR reduction of 40% (last monthly SR: 0,40).
  • THERMAL CERAMICS - Responsable HSE / Occupational Hygienist related customer

    2001 - 2004 THERMAL CERAMICS (TC): manufacture of products used in high heat containment, thermal and acoustic insulation – 190 employees.
    Results:
    - As member of the ECFIA working group (European Ceramic Fibre Industry Association), advised and audited around 50 TC customers within 10 European countries.
    - Obtained HSE CRAM award for the society under 200 employees.
    - FR reduction of 40% (last monthly FR0: 15); SR reduction of 50% (last monthly SR0: 0,18).
