Recruited the new candidates
Transferred the order management to cash collection activity from Spain to the headquarter in Geneva.
Once settled, I coordinated the transition from a single country base to a multiple countries base teamwork between Spain, Switzerland and Philippines.
Harmonized the processes to adapt and integrate them to the headquarter standards and improved the productivity.

Process re-engineering and harmonization of the manual invoicing activity of 15 Europeans countries in order to outsource the low value added tasks to the Philippines and optimize the remaining processes in accordance with the restructuring plan to cut costs.
