Leader of the Technical & Process development of manufacturing facilities in the Group by functionally directing & supporting technical responsible staff at facility level in technical developments, process flow optimization and cost effectiveness.
Securing - at facility level - an attitude towards, and thinking in, continuous improvement.
Preparing with local factories on the investments and major overhaul plans and maintenance efforts.
Driving cost effectiveness and improve efficiencies through all factories of the group.
Preparing and reviewing international manu-facturing activities

Participating in due diligence projects in the overall acquisition activities of the group
Participating, as part of group purchasing activities, in buying technical equipment and tools for group companies and local sites.
Carrying responsibility in taking care for quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis and production coordination
Carrying responsibility for designing, developing, testing and evaluating industrial production processes and equipment (co-ordinating external technical advisors/con-sultants).
