    Improved alignment of merchandise with numerous defined markets resulting in sales at 130% of budget and 18% of pre-tax profits.
    Implemented Microsoft Jet reporting tool to deliver accurate financial information.

  • Audemars Piguet - Finance project manager

    2012 - 2013 Implementated Purchase to pay system: end to end P2P automated process which resulted in a labor cost reduction of 10% in buying chain.
    Reached 6% expense reduction through expense analysis, monitoring and control.
    Led implementation of new financial processes including General ledger, AP, AR, and financial reporting.

  • Galderma - Finance project manager

    Courbevoie 2008 - 2012 Joined this Nestlé-L’Oreal JV as a financial Project manager: led and developed full scale of ERP financial plans and execution within 7 European affiliates. Designed & implemented new business model and chart of account.
    Used expert knowledge of project management to implement M3 ERP financial modules ahead of schedule and under budget saving the company.
    Identified, communicated, prioritized and mitigated project risks by proactively implementing risks responses which resulted in some opportunities.

  • Leclanché - CFO

    2005 - 2008 CFO appointed to treasurer and executive committee member. Accountable for strategic planning, development and leadership of entire finance functions as well as day-to-day operations management.
    Prepared first annual report (Corporate governance, consolidated financial statements, statutory financial statements) and Interim Report according to IFRS norm including consolidation of German subsidiary.
    Championed the development and implementation of a Balanced Scorecard business performance reporting tool to evaluate monthly results against key success measures.
    Project management: Full implementation of Microsoft Navision (ERP) in the Group, including, financial, sales, and production modules on time and below budget.
    Improved financial controls and developed new reporting process providing financial information to the management.

    2004 - 2005 Generated a drastic cost reduction plan in order to adapt the structure in line with the loss of bid to host World Telecom Events (35 % decrease of revenue). The plan showed a potential of 5’000 KCHF savings.
    Re-established financial control, leading company from severe financial loss to sustained bottom-line profitability in less than 2 years.
    Reduced duration of annual budget process, forecasts by implementing a real-time data input system that provided management with instant results and access to financial reports via menu driven selection process.
  • TAG Aviation - Financial controller

    Genève 15 2001 - 2004 Redesigned and computerized financial processes around the monthly closing function: Reduced duration of the process by 50% by automating adjusting and eliminating entries, streamlining processes and procedures.
    Implemented an accounting control system that identified gross profit component by aircraft and empowered management with data to improve gross profits by 5%.
    Generated over 1’000 Kchf revenue by increasing aircraft management and replacing two owned F20, using client management aircraft.
