In this function I am responsible for ensuring that the continuous improvement of the European Logistics model, employing
best practice and lean techniques.
The changing European environment presents the Logistics Team with challenges including
productivity maximization, driving down costs and lead times, minimizing stock levels and
improving efficiencies and logistics process controls which will result in excellent stock
management and ensure that manufacturing meets demand.
