  Analyze, audit and follow-up of financial statements (P&L, BS, Cash Flow, Sales and Gross Margin, Capital Expenditures, Headcount, Provisions); prepare budget and forecasts, find new performance indicators, analyze gap, develop action plans; calculate worldwide prices for our subsidiaries and clients; control inventory levels and production costs; revise standard costs; analyze stock rotation; calculate stock provisions; coordinate inventory cycle counts; work with external auditors for annual audit.
