Après une formation Bac +5 (Audencia) puis une dizaine d'années en marketing dont 5 en tant que directeur marketing, je suis actuellement directeur des ventes, E-commerce et relations clients d'AIR FRANCE KLM pour 5 pays (canaux directs : sites Internet / agences / call centers). Depuis 2009 je donne également des cours d'e-commerce dans le cadre d'une formation professionnelle en Suisse (SAWI).
Passionné d'e-commerce et d'Internet en général, je suis particulièrement intéressé par la compréhension des comportements d'achat online et des leviers qui les influencent. Sur un plan plus large c'est l'esprit d'entreprendre, les relations inter-personnelles et l'accompagnement d'équipes de ventes qui me font courir !
