VACANCY FOR OUR FUTURE REINSURANCE MANAGER

For our arm of reinsurance brokerage based in Geneva,we offer a challenging position to a reinsurance professional, male or female, qualified and able to:
1.Perform at the right time technical operations (Treaty + Facultative) by analysing clients' request, negotiating with market, placing and issuing wording accordingly. A good Knowledge of wordings + multilines are required.
2.Develop a proved marketing strategy,
3.Identify and respond immediately and directly to clients and market,
4.Consistently deliver efforts with a special focus on service,
5.Develop relationship with the international reinsurance market and prospects,
6.Travel to Eastern Countries, Africa, Middle East… where our prospects/clients are located.
7. develop our portfolio.

Our requirements:
a.10 years experience minimum, with strong knowledge and experience in preferrably a brokerage firm,
b.EC Passport required,
C.Speaking Russian would be an asset, English/French requested.
d.Able to manage this position and work on her/his own.
e.Hard worker and sense of humor.

We are a Global Financial company with a reinsurance brokerage firm. The overall management is assumed by a senior partner with an extensive experience in Insurance and reinsurance to twhom you will report.
