I am responsible for interfacing with PAREXEL Business Units to understand the Corporation’s project and process business needs. I pro-actively work towards understanding key technical and business issues and participate in converting into cross –functional plans/projects. I participate in all aspects of worldwide project management including initiation, planning, execution, control and close out throughout all life cycle phases of a project. Responsible for the management of projects, I provide team leadership to international project resources. Part of the Corporate Project Management Office, I identify opportunities for improving project management processes and best practices. Part of the Portfolio Management Group, I ensure delivery and accuracy of Project Portfolio reports.
