    Assessment of current factories performance against best-in-class performance and the support during the implementation of the best practices.
    • Thorough analysis of measurable data (volume, speed, line capacity, quality incidents, logistics performance...) and on interviews of all stakeholders of the operations, collect ideas for improvement, shape the best solution, test and demonstrate it through practical trials.
    • Using change management techniques and behaviors, participate in implementing the solution.
    • Transpose practical solutions into best practices to be used in upcoming assignments.
    • Apply the advanced purchasing tools and methodology for purchased items from raw, packaging to indirect materials and services.

    The main aim of the function is to increase first time product quality, line performance, system utilization, to promote service levels and simple structures, to decrease material losses, administrative work, stock levels and all material, labor, transport and warehouse costs.

    The position implies extensive traveling (about 10 months per year abroad), includes a variety of assignments, offers workshops and seminars to develop your personal skills and is all about improvements.
