- Rental management: checking the rental application forms, filling in the lease, inventory of fixtures on arrival & departure
- Daily management: general administrative tasks (writing letters, keeping track of unpaid rent...), solving technical problems.

EUROMOBIL is a multimedia language learning and information programme promoting student mobility
Co-writer of the french program :
- conception et didactisation of the informative, linguistic & cultural contents,
- creation of a specifications chart with storyboards & scripts for the technical development.
