Hello,

I've always loved travel and worked in
most diverse areas. In 1990, returned to Switzerland, I
studyed for 2 years to obtain a certificate of
Technician Communication (Advertising, Marketing and
Technical trading). In 1991 I open my first
company in the field of advertising, creating
Image and all advertising materials.

In 1994, I created a real estate agency specializing in
Construction of chalet and promotion. In parallel,
From 1996 to 2003, I took over the management of a major
residential hotel, 93 apartments, 220 beds.

In 1997 I discovered the Chinese market potential
in Hong Kong, then follow
Zuhay cities, Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai and Shenyang
2002 and 2003. In this city, in 2004, the idea
a chain of Swiss restaurants is born

After discussion with my contacts and
pre-market study, it appears that it was still no concept like this in China and
has a Chance of success due to new habits
consumption of the Chinese population. Today,
that business is running well and makes profits.
A second restaurant & bar has been open on the 9 th of december 2011

So far, I run two businesses, construction /
Real estate development and operation of 2 restaurants
businnes in China.
