• Project: Implementation of Avaloq Banking System
• Role: Stream leader and business analyst for securities operation activities:
o Stream management (5 people under management): planning, status & reporting, project risks & issues, supervision of sign-off of change requests and deliverables by the bank’s Senior Management (Front, Middle and Back Office), team management, relationship with vendor, service introduction, assist business client counterparts in understanding project organization, tasks, planning, scope, progress tracking, open questions, risks and issues management. Estimation of needs in terms of time, resources, skills
o Business analysis: Establishment of close relationship with business team as subject matter expert for securities operations and project management topics
o Assist the Securities operation business dept. in all project phases from business requirements to service introduction
o In charge of the full business and technical implementation of Stock exchange operations, Corporate actions, Settlement, Transfer modules
o Writing business requirements during analysis and design phase and schematization of use cases, workflow modelling, design of standard and complex / custom solutions, build & test management, issues investigation and solving. Follow-up of tests campaigns with users and assistance in solving defects, finding of workarounds and help users get the most out of the application

o Development of a structured and integrated in-house know-how on Avaloq Implementation methodology including the following documents: Functional business model / Detailed solution template (Business requirements, Use cases, workflows) / Project management approach / Project management templates / Project management methodology
o Development of an internal training : Project management methodology (Roles, templates, tasks, best practices, KPI’s)
o Development of proposals for international clients in the Private banking sector and PMO activities (Project coordination and management (Scheduling, client relationship, welcome pack, methodology, milestones, budget, resources)
