• Role: Stream leader and business analyst for securities operation activities:
o Stream management (5 people under management): planning, status & reporting, project risks & issues, supervision of sign-off of change requests and deliverables by the bank’s Senior Management (Front, Middle and Back Office), team management, relationship with vendor, service introduction, assist business client counterparts in understanding project organization, tasks, planning, scope, progress tracking, open questions, risks and issues management. o Business analysis: Establishment of close relationship with business team as subject matter expert for securities operations and project management topics
