Organisation and management of trade shows and internal / external events for CareFusion International. Depending on market forecasts, possible products launch, I define a shortlist of the most valuable trade shows that CareFusion needs to be seen at - from one year to the next. Allocation of a budget per show. Liaise with Marketing/ Products managers/ directors to define the products and messaging we want to push. With the help of the an external agency, I design each booth to accomodate and showcase our products best whilst keeping to the tight budgets allocated. Information/ briefing packs to all sales reps before each event and report writing after each events. I coordinate all the CareFusion staff, delivery and installation of the products, oversee the booth building and deal with any onsite problems. I overlook the dismantling of the stands after each trade show, packing and shipping of all the products back to their respective countries.
Responsible for defining and managing all trade shows and external/ internal meetings for CareFusion International.
