Responsibilities:
Recruiting for large IT projects with blue chip clients and international organisations
Resourcing for a variety of positions including .Net/J2EE/PHP Developers, Architects and Project Managers, Systems Engineers, DBAs, Network Engineers, Test Analysts, Security consultants, 2nd level Support, SAP consultants, Business Analysts and UX Usability specialists
Qualification of vacancies with internal management
Sourcing for candidates through online databases, networking tools and advertisements
Telephone calls with prospective employees and contractors
Interviewing candidates
Salary negotiation
