Building the automated regression testing, using the Mercury tools Quality Center (QC) & Quick Test Professional (QTP). My responsibility include the scripting, linking and stringing automated test scripts to generate full test scenarios and then monitor them.
2004 - 2007Made the analysis and the design of the external reportint tool.
These tools are used by the both BTC Business Technology Center) and Globe Center to track down the ongoing testing, from a troubleshooting and statistical analysis point of view (Key Performances Indicator Reports).

2003 - 2006I have worked over 3 years in the change control team, responsible to monitor and approve changes within the SAP landscape of the GLOBE template.
My activities has consisted in checking every changes, related to new development/configuration or incident.
Worked on a daily on SAP BC, including CCMS, Transport Management System, OSS Note, Monitoring table (SE16) and program using SE38.
