Staff Role:
Defining common processes and ways of working within SMC, especially R&D. Identifying and designing suitable company structures that support R&D. Ensuring and securing implementation of the common work model.
Stakeholder management. - up to board level, down to factory floor level. Coordinating training rollout.

Line Role:
Development of business plans Competition and product analysis.
Developing hardware and software specification Coordinating stakeholders and preparing project plans.
Coordination of external partners Preparation of sales channels before product release.
Development of marketing and advertising campaigns.
Product and market training (internal and external).
Project management of lifecycle activities Feedback and requirement management .
Product testing and verification.
