*Supervise the monthly financial accounts reporting of the company and manage three accountants (balance sheet and profit and loss statement)
*Responsible for the accountancy of the french subsidiary (taxes, payroll and general accountancy)
*Participate in the consolidation of the group (reconciliation of inter co statements, analysis and preparation of the subsidiaries accounts to Swiss gaap)
*Prepare weekly cash and sales report of the group
*Support the continuous improvement of our software ERP

Four assignements in France; the group invested in two companies and brought their own managements methods:

EUROVIA Monestier France (1 year and 5 months)
*Responsible for the monthly financial closing process. Payroll, taxes and receivable accountancy; manage one supplier accountant.
*Coordinate with headquarter the implementation of SAP and management methods.

Eurovia Charchilla France (1 year)
*Supervise the monthly financial and technical closing process and manage three accountants (Balance sheet and profit and loss statement).
*Coordinate with headquarter the implementation of SAP and management methods. Train three accountants.
