Central Project Team member. Business process and system training strategy definition and execution for Kraft Foods EU GmbH in Zurich. Managing SAP training program for over 15000 trainees in 17 western European countries for Business Model (EOC) change and Merger and Acquisition (LU, Cadbury) projects. Coordinating a 15 developer team for the documentation delivery.
2007 - 2008-Local IS Responsible for the Siebel application and other Sales apps (Spaceman, MediaContact…). Increased business users level of quality service perception through incident handling and improvement proposals. Managed Saturn releases in close collaboration with the Business through the SIV (Sales Information System department). -Local IS responsible for ConsoWeb; helped defining the centralization of the CRM software in Europe for customer response and its linkage to Global (VOICE). -Country coordinator for P1E non SAP applications until the move to Zurich.
2004 - 2006In charge of the data exchange automation between the field force and the French headquarter, of the remote administration of the field force laptops. Implemented Media Contact, a software to automate data transfer and p.c. administration of Kraft France sales force. Collaborated to the sales territories redefinition in the sales force application. Worked on an international Project to implement Siebel as a CRM tool for Kraft International sales force. Main responsibilities included French interfacing of the back office system (SAP) and Siebel, of Siebel and Decision Support Systems, and historical data conversion for both systems.
