• Improved productivity, service level, and cycle times for Aero Fans OEM company ($12m T/O, 70 people) by reshaping organization, streamlining material management & manufacturing processes, and implementing Lean and Six Sigma initiatives resulting in 40% service level increase and 8 turns/year; Initiated sourcing transitions for sheet metal, forging, and electronics to emerging region resulting in $750k savings per annum
• Optimized green field International After Market Distribution Center in the UK (45 people, 4000 lines/week, $30m inventory); streamlined processes and reshaped organization to meet the $450m Annual Operating Plan; stabilized relationship with 3rd party warehouse & logistics provider, and recruited DC manager
• Transitioned parts distribution business for Asia Pacific (6 R&O shops and over 100 key accounts in Singapore, China, Malaysia, and Australia) and Defense & Space business from USA to Swiss based HQ, involving setup of planning and purchasing functions at business centre in Czech Rep and enabling necessary logistics execution in the Int’l DC in the UK, capturing $205m revenue and $14m cash savings per year
• Led Consignment Goods Manufacturing transformation of 2 Avionics Repair & Overhaul (R&O) sites in France and the UK to capture revenue and tax savings through the Swiss based HQ, resulting in over $8m cash savings per year
1999 - 2006• Created a new CPG business line within the French retail division and designed a tailor-made offer to increase revenue of terminating contracts, increasing new customer revenues by 300%
• Managed business line P&L of €6m per year; prospected and sold two contracts of €2m per year
• Co-led Business Unit supervising revenue generation, staffing, development of customers and sub-contractors relationships, resulting in 15% growth per annum

Assisted in the Biocarbone filtering technique in a wastewater plant in Martigny, Switzerland. Managed an existing coagulation/flocculation project designed to eliminate the amount of naturally occurring arsenic in drinking water in the Vosges region of eastern France
